Mycelium: the underground fungal body that has been shown to drastically reduce gas and diesel contamination from large agricultural fields, among other remediation projects. This piece was made by creating an abstract layer of printing the other blocks from this series on top of each other, and then the mycelium block on top.
This woodcut was printed with nontoxic vegetable oil-based inks for my 2026 calendar. Printed on Rives BFK. Block measures 7 × 10”. Limited edition of 2.
Due to the nature of the block printing process, colors and printing will vary slightly in each print.
