2027: a celebration of color

I started my woodcut practice making single-color block prints, mostly black and white. I loved it, but the truth was I was very curious about adding multiple colors together, experimenting with layering and color theory and transparent inks and registration and so much more.

So inevitably I found my way down the color rabbit-hole, which involved taking classes and workshops and coaching from other printmakers, experimentation, and a lot (A LOT) of mistakes. This calendar celebrates the journey, including some of my first reduction pieces and some I finished this summer— and many in between.

Each month is represented by a seasonally appropriate scene, and while many of the prints featured are sold out or retired, some are still available for sale in my shop.

Calendar measures 6” wide x 12” tall, is spiral bound and includes a hanging hole. Printed in Maine on uncoated smooth white cover paper.
